We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to provides strategic leadership to set the direction for the field team within their assigned region (Morocco).
You will inspire and motivate your team through coaching, development, and fostering autonomy, delivering exceptional regional results. By using your industry and market knowledge, you will drive customer retention, influence growth, and ensure competitive vigilance.
As a commercial leader you will be required to drive our growth and customer retention strategies, personally owning, and proactively engaging our strategic partners.
As a people leader you will empower and develop your sales teams, improving productivity and sales efficiency through embedding our global sales excellence frameworks, methodology and processes. Your focus will be on driving a high performance and engaged culture.

Job Requirements:
* Travel extensively within the territory and beyond, including weekend work when required.

* Strong communication skills, together with confidence to work with senior management level.

Education:
* Degree BSc in Life science or related areas (Audiology)
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial function in healthcare in Morocco,
* At least 3 years' experience in a team management role (Minimum 3 direct reports)
* No fear of making new connections and building new network with so far unknown stakeholders
* Successful results in meeting exceeding targets, ideally within the medical device sector
* Excellent understanding of healthcare market in the region, good network is helpful.
* Excellent local language (of the territory) and English communication skills, both written and spoken
