Responsibilities

* Consolidate the relationship with the client. Identify, Coordinate customer local needs in order to adapt at the commercial and marketing offers.
* Develop new business opportunities and clients.
* Define the sales forecast and business plan with customers, compile and analyze sales figures.
* Responsible of the Commercial Agreement with the client, ensuring the best commercial conditions basing on rules defined by the Company.
* Promote full product range of TCL Air Conditioners to the client by making persuasive presentations and defining service offers.
* Contribute to improving TCL brand image in market and channels by good coordination with marketing team.
* Control and follow up on the sell-out of TCL Air Conditioner products in each channel and work on the improvements.
* Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities, and make regular reports.
* Ensure effective coordination with BDM and other internal departments.


Qualifications

* 5+ years' work experience in Air Conditioner area.
* Senior Sales with relevant experience in customer reconciliation and P&L business calculation and planning are preferred.
* Applicants with relevant field team management and business management and experience in operating mainstream channels in Morocco will be given priority.
* Proficient in English and French would be a plus.
