Job Summary
We are looking for a bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in both Arabic and English to support outbound sales and lead generation efforts for a growing renewable energy business. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in renewable energy, solar, clean technology, sustainability, utilities, or adjacent industries.
You will play a key role in identifying qualified prospects, booking meetings, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline across Arabic-speaking and English-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
* Identify and qualify potential clients within the renewable energy and sustainability sectors
* Book meetings and demos for Account Executives and senior sales team members
* Build and manage prospect lists using CRM platforms and sales tools
* Maintain accurate pipeline activity, notes, and reporting within the CRM
* Engage with decision-makers professionally in both Arabic and English
* Research companies, market trends, and energy industry developments
* Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
* Consistently achieve activity and meeting-setting KPIs
Requirements
* Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
* 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales
* Previous experience in renewable energy, solar, clean technology, utilities, energy consulting, sustainability, EV charging, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred
* Proven experience handling outbound prospecting and cold outreach
* Comfortable speaking with business decision-makers and technical stakeholders
* CRM experience required (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
* Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience targeting B2B clients in GCC, MENA, Europe, or international markets
* Familiarity with solar energy products, renewable energy solutions, or energy procurement processes
* Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar sales tools
