This is a Remote Full-time Position.
Job Description:
We are looking for a bilingual (English & French) professional for a long-term collaboration who will handle both sales and administrative responsibilities. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to support daily operations and sales activities.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
* Handle inbound and outbound sales activities.
* Prospect and qualify potential clients through calls and emails.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Provide feedback to management on client interactions and market trends.
Administrative:
* Prepare and organize sales documents, proposals, and reports.
* Maintain accurate client records and data entry in CRM systems.
* Support scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination with other departments.
* Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or administrative support.
* Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Reliable computer (less than 5 years old), external keyboard and mouse, headset with mic, and webcam.
* Dedicated workspace that ensures confidentiality and focus.
Schedule:
* Thursday to Monday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST – Canada)
