Position Overview:

Pipeline Gurus is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) specializing in SaaS solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our customer base by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the technology sector. Your primary goal will be to engage potential clients, understand their needs, and pave the way for successful sales conversions.

Core Responsibilities:


* Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential clients suitable for our SaaS products
* Utilize outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calls, personalized emails, and leveraging social media platforms for lead generation
* Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives
* Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team to showcase the value of our solutions
* Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to ensure effective tracking of sales activities and progress
* Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, understanding their priorities and how our solutions can help solve their business challenges
* Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and sales appointments set
* Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts

Requirements


* Proven experience (1-3 years) in business development or sales, ideally within the SaaS or technology fields
* Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and relationship building
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at any level
* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for managing leads and sales activities
* Motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for technology and business solutions
* Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
* Familiarity with SaaS offerings and a basic understanding of related technologies is a plus
