Job Description

* Raises and manages quality complaints to suppliers caused by issues raised or detected by customers or internally
* Conducts internal analysis of the supplier's faulty part
* Follows up and closes complaints after accepting 8D and closing CONCs, including administrative costs
* Provides support in creating and updating relevant procedures
* Requests, monitors, archives, and approves Product Change Notifications (PCN), Production Part Approval Process (PPAPs), and Part Submission Warrant (PSW)
* Monitors and follows up on central on-hold areas with supplier-related issues
* Controls the special characteristics of the processes or products in the area of responsibility
* Regularly reviews the control plan
* Is responsible and accountable for International Automotive Task Force (IATF) preparation and audit findings for their responsibilities within the department
* Is authorized to stop production or dispatch to mitigate the risk of non-conforming processes or products

Qualifications

* Level of Education: Engineer
* Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Quality or equivalent
* Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in quality and safety within the automotive industry.
* Language : French and English are mandatory
* Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
* Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
