Responsibilities Industrialisation of new projects start-up:Analyse the input data coming from customers sitesParticipate & support the SSM during costing phaseIndustrialize the projects and ensure availability & reliability of industrial delivrables (BOM, Wiring list, instructions sheet ...)Ensure treatement of technical feedback comming from Manuf & Quality (PDCA, QRQC ...)Ensure data integrity (ELSA, GSI, CATIA ...)Ensure ergonomics and EHS rules are well taken into accountExecute changes and ensure stability of the projects:In coordination with the PIM & SSM, follow the progress of industrial deliverablesUpdate the industrial delivrables on time (BOM, WI, ELSA ...)Escalate variation cost related to change executionEnsure ergonomics and EHS rules are well taken into accountDrive & participate in continous improvement projects :Support teams to analyse and eradicate technical issuestake the lead and participate on continuous improvement projects.EducationBAC + 5 technic/Indus.ExperienceAn experience within similar position is mandatory (in automotive, railways industries ...).Competencies and skillsFluent in french and englishBasic knowledge of Engineering designStrong Experience in working with CATIA V5, AutoCAD.
