We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Road Freight Specialist to join our team in Casablanca. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating road freight operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective transportation of goods across domestic and international routes.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage daily road freight shipments (import/export & domestic)
* Plan and optimize transport routes to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries
* Liaise with carriers, subcontractors, warehouses, and customers
* Prepare and verify transport documentation (CMR, delivery notes, customs documents)
* Ensure compliance with local and international transport regulations
* Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues or delays
* Negotiate rates and maintain strong relationships with transport providers
* Update and maintain accurate records in transport management systems
* Deliver high-quality customer service through timely communication and follow-up

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* 4–5 years of experience in road freight or logistics operations
* Strong knowledge of transport regulations and customs procedures
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Good command of English and French (written and spoken)
* Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/transport systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
