Due to the ongoing expansion of our production facility in Berrechid, we are seeking a Responsible Pharmacist to ensure the legal and regulatory compliance of our manufacturing operations.

As the legal guarantor of quality, you will be responsible for ensuring that every batch of finished product released to the Moroccan and export markets meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Responsible Pharmacist, your missions will include:

Approve and sign the release note for each batch of finished product, ensuring its compliance with the marketing authorization, pharmaceutical dossier, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Guarantee that all activities (production, quality control, storage) comply with the regulations of the Moroccan National Agency for Medicines and Health (ANSM) and international GMP standards (EU, WHO).

Oversee and approve critical procedures, validation protocols, deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and change management.

Act as the primary contact during inspections by health authorities (ANSM Morocco, FDA, etc.) and client audits. Ensure the follow-up on action plans.

Contribute to projects for process improvement, technology transfer, and the launch of new products.

Required Profile:

* Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent.
* Candidates must be eligible for registration with the National Order of Pharmacists of Morocco (Ordre National des Pharmaciens du Maroc: ONP/COPFR).
* For expatriate candidates, we offer full support and sponsorship through the registration process and work permit application.

Professional Experience:

* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in Production or Quality Assurance roles.
* Proven experience in batch release and in-depth knowledge of GMP.
* Previous experience as a Responsible Pharmacist or Deputy will be a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

* Mastery of GMP, ICH guidelines, and pharmaceutical regulations.
* Experience in managing deviations, CAPA, and change control systems.

Personal Skills:

* Leadership, rigor, and ethical authority.
* Excellent stress resistance and decision-making ability.
* Fluency in French is mandatory. Proficiency in English is required for technical documentation.
