We are looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Manager to oversee and coordinate electrical project execution activities, ensuring with quality, safety, technical, and operational standards. The role aims to ensure the successful delivery of electrical installations and industrial projects while optimizing performance, resources, and exécution timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, supervise, and coordinate electrical works and on-site execution activities.
* Ensure compliance with technical specifications, HSE standards, company procedures, budgets, and project deadlines.
* Monitor project progress and prepare regular execution and performance reports.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Review electrical drawings, technical documentation, and installation requirements.
* Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
* Identify technical risks, operational constraints, and propose corrective actions when needed.
* Participate in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover activities.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices in electrical execution.

Profile:

* Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* 7 to 8 years of experience in a similar position.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial equipment, and site supervision.
* Good understanding of HSE regulations and industrial standards.
* Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in industrial environments is highly appreciated.
* Project management or electrical certifications are considered an asset.
