* Resident Quality Engineer

We are currently looking for a Resident Quality Engineer to support automotive operations in the kenitra region.

This role is critical in ensuring product conformity, managing quality performance, and acting as a direct on-site quality representative between suppliers and customers within the automotive supply chain.

* Key Responsibilities :

-Perform regular inspections of parts and products to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements

-Ensure full conformity with automotive quality standards and specifications

-Act as an on-site quality representative between supplier and customer teams

-Identify non-conformities and lead effective containment and problem-solving actions

-Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

-Monitor key quality indicators such as PPM, IPB, and customer incident rates

-Prepare and share regular quality performance reports with management

-Ensure clear communication between production, quality, and customer teams

-Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality awareness on site

* Profile Required :

-Knowledge of quality standards, inspection processes, and automotive requirements

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail

-Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment

-Junior (0–2 years)

-Intermediate (2–5 years)

-Experienced (5–10+ years)

-Technical diploma or higher (Bac, Bac+2, Bac+3, Bac+5 or equivalent)
