What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be supporting customers from French-speaking regions through voice calls and live chat. Your Core Responsibilities

* Work closely with team leads to stay aligned on priorities and updates

What We're Looking For


* Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
* At least 1 year of customer service experience (contact center, e-commerce, or tech support preferred)
* Confidence in navigating support platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar tools
* Ability to stay calm, solution-oriented, and patient under pressure
* Great attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people
* Comfort working remotely and communicating clearly with distributed teams
