Remote STR Reservations & Listing Expert – Airbnb & Booking.com Company: Prestige Retreats Vacation Homes LLC (Dubai, UAE) Schedule: Remote | Flexible Hours – Afternoons & Evenings (UAE Time)

Prestige Retreats is a Dubai-based luxury short-term rental company managing premium beachfront apartments in Emaar Beachfront, Dubai. We are expanding our remote team and looking for a Morocco-based STR specialist with hands-on experience managing Airbnb and Booking.com listings at a high level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and optimize listings across Airbnb and Booking.com (titles, descriptions, photos, pricing, availability, extranet settings) Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests across both platforms in English, French, and Arabic Handle full guest journey communication — pre-booking, pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and post-checkout Monitor and respond to guest reviews to maintain top-rated and Superhost/Preferred Partner status Coordinate with Dubai operations and housekeeping teams on reservations and logistics Manage dynamic pricing and availability using tools such as PriceLabs or similar Identify opportunities to improve ranking, conversion, and occupancy across all active listings

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of hands-on experience managing Airbnb and/or Booking.com listings in a short-term rental or hospitality setting Strong understanding of both platforms — algorithms, ranking factors, extranet/host dashboard, review management Fluent in English, French, and Arabic (written and spoken) — all three are required for this role Experience with PMS tools such as Guesty, Hostaway, or similar is a strong advantage Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Available afternoons and evenings UAE time (GMT+4)

COMMITMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY

This is a dedicated full-time role. We require your complete focus and do not accept candidates who are simultaneously managing other clients or employers. Work hours are tracked via time-tracking software. Consistent availability and responsiveness are non-negotiable.
