Our client, a leading multinational company operating across the MENAT region, is looking for a Regional Security Lead to drive strategic security, crisis management, and safety initiatives across a complex and dynamic geography.

This is not a traditional guarding or operational site security role.

The position focuses on regional security governance, crisis preparedness, travel security, business continuity, incident management, stakeholder coordination, and physical security risk oversight across multiple countries in the Middle East, North Africa, and Türkiye.

The role will work closely with senior leadership and global security teams to strengthen organizational resilience in a volatile and fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Security Strategy & Risk Management

• Lead regional security operations and governance activities across MENAT

• Conduct security vulnerability and risk assessments across offices and manufacturing sites

• Coordinate incident management, mitigation plans, and security protocols

• Support travel security programs, intelligence monitoring, and threat assessments

• Collaborate with stakeholders on event security and crisis preparedness activities

2-Crisis Management & Regional Coordination

• Act as a key advisor to senior leadership during periods of crisis and instability

• Support business continuity, emergency response, and crisis management initiatives

• Coordinate with global security teams and country stakeholders across the region

• Drive security awareness and reporting culture across business functions

• Serve as a focal point during high-risk situations, geopolitical tensions, or emergencies

3-Stakeholder Engagement, Safety & Culture

• Partner closely with HR, Facilities, EHS, and external authorities

• Support regional Health & Safety coordination and risk mitigation initiatives

• Contribute to building sustainable safety culture and operational resilience

• Support supplier and external security provider management processes

• Coordinate onboarding, awareness, and security-related training initiatives

Ideal Background:

• 8+ years of experience in corporate security, crisis management, security governance, intelligence, investigations, business continuity, or related fields

• Experience within multinational and matrix organizations

• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, pharma, FMCG, energy, logistics, or similarly complex operational environments is highly preferred

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Ability to influence without direct authority

• Fluent English is mandatory

• Security certifications such as CPP are considered a strong advantage

Potential locations include Türkiye, Morocco, Egypt, Algeria, or other MENAT locations depending on profile fit.
