What you’ll do:

Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay

Handle reservations (phone, email, online platforms)

Check-in / Check-out procedures

Provide information about the riad, Medina, and local services

Coordinate with the team to ensure guest satisfaction

Who we’re looking for:

Good presentation and a sense of hospitality

French and English required

Basic computer skills and comfort with booking platforms

Motivated, organized, and team-oriented
