Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, Morocco. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and responding to general inquiries. Responsibilities include managing the front desk, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, scheduling and confirming appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries. The role also involves performing basic clerical tasks such as filing, copying, data entry, and updating records, as well as coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. The Receptionist is expected to provide professional, courteous support to clients, visitors, and colleagues at all times.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse visitors and callers.
* Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette, including managing multi-line phone systems and directing inquiries efficiently.
* Solid clerical skills, such as filing, basic data entry, document handling, and maintaining organized records.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a busy front-desk environment.
* Basic computer literacy, including use of email, calendar tools, and common office software.
* Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative support role is preferred.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or related fields is an advantage.
* Professional appearance, punctuality, and a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
