Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Administration position, located in Casablanca. The Reception Administrator will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support. Daily tasks include coordinating schedules, managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and assisting with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

* Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
* Administrative and Organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Attention to Detail and Multitasking abilities
* Fluency in Arabic, French,
* English language is a plus but not mandatory
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Punctuality and Reliability
* Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are advantageous
