Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Rabat for a Quantitative Trader. The Quantitative Trader will be responsible for developing and executing advanced trading strategies, engaging in market making activities, managing quantitative investing initiatives, and performing quantitative analytics. The goal is to optimize trading performance while adhering to ethical and client-focused investment strategies.

Qualifications

* Strong knowledge of Market Making and Trading Strategies
* Proficiency in Quantitative Investing and Trading
* Expertise in Quantitative Analytics
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical trading practices
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
* Experience in AI-driven financial solutions is a plus
