• Good knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA standards, and customer-specific requirements.

• Good understanding of Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plan.

• Ability to lead problem-solving activities using 8D, QRQC, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and PDCA.

• Strong skills in data analysis, KPI follow-up, Pareto analysis, and action plan tracking.

• Knowledge of production processes, quality controls, non-conformity management, and customer complaint handling.
