YOUR ROLE

As a Quality Coordinator, you will Lead and coordinate all product and manufacturing process quality control and audit work performed by auditors, quality supervisors, quality engineers and operators to meet customer and group quality requirements

Responsibilities

* Participate in the continuous improvement of cable manufacturing processes (analysis of complaints, customers, improvement of production systems, etc.).
* Ensure good coordination and a strong link between the "Client - CSE (Customer Support Engineer)" and "Team" divisions.
* Ensure proper management and organization of auditors, quality supervisors, quality engineers and Prototype Validation operators.
* Ensure good communication and collaboration with the "Service Centers" of the various "Customer Business Units".
* Coordinate the activities of Materiel Cost Reduction, Materiel Cost Improvement and Indirect Materiel Cost Improvement as well as those related to cost reduction with the "Continuous Improvement" and "6 Sigma" approach.
* Support the start-ups of the different projects.
* Ensure that responses to customer complaints are given on time with the quality required by the quality engineers.

YOUR BACKGROUND

* Bac+5 or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience.
* Advanced English is mandatory
* Knowledge in quality norms and tools
* Knowledge of Measurement Systems Analysis, RPN, …
* Good problem solving, teamwork and communication skills
* Responsibility, analytical spirit and results oriented are required
