Missions :
1. Safety leaders to promote a positive, open, and collaborative relationship;
2. Ensure platform safety by effectively responding to incidents and providing direct support for
complex or critical situations;
3. Guide law enforcement on supporting investigations in a legal and ethical manner;
4. Work internally and cross-functionally to identify actions that reduce risks and minimize threats to
our people and locations;
5. Identify, escalate, and respond to emergencies that impact our platform, people, locations and
communities quickly and effectively.
6. Produce accurate and timely incident updates, post-incident reports, and briefing notes for
escalation;
7. Advocate for the protection and privacy of users' and other parties' data at all times.
8. Be flexible and ready to work weekends and public holidays when needed in responding in an
emergency situation.
9. Travel as necessary across the country for face-to-face engagements, and training sessions.

What you'll need:
1. Over 5-10 years of experience with a law enforcement agency.It would be preferable if you are a former member of the gendarmerie
2. Comfortable engaging with Law Enforcement and Public Safety officials at all levels within a high
pressure and rapidly evolving environment.
3. Proficient in presenting findings both orally and in writing.
4. Skilled in various computer systems and internet technologies (Mac, Google, online research, etc.).
5. Willingness to travel within the country as required and upon request.
6. Flexible and able to work non-traditional hours on short notice.
7. Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively adapt to daily challenges
