About the Role:

We are looking for a Proxy Product Owner to act as an interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams. The role supports the Product Owner by ensuring clear requirement definition, backlog management, and alignment between business needs and technical implementation within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams

• Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and refinement

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications

• Ensure alignment of deliverables with business objectives and product vision

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)

• Validate delivered features and ensure they meet functional expectations and quality standards

• Coordinate with technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries

• Monitor progress and support delivery to ensure on-time and high-quality releases

Required Skills:

• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)

• Strong understanding of business analysis and product lifecycle management

• Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Proxy PO

• Knowledge of digital products or application development environments

• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams

• Certification in Scrum or Product Ownership (CSPO, PSPO) is a plus
