Role Overview:
As part of projects, the RNOA, operationally attached to the RML, must:
1. Ensure the update of the manufacturing bill of materials (BOM).
* Assign change orders.
* Be responsible for the creation and updates of the manufacturing BOM for product changes.
* Contribute to handling officialization anomalies by reporting them through facilitation in coordination with PCOP (Operational Planning & Configuration for Powertrain Projects).
2. Schedule product/process changes within the component scope.
* Be responsible for facilitating scheduling meetings for the component scope in coordination with partners.
* Be responsible for facilitating scheduling meetings for the component scope with final plants and/or Hérimoncourt.
* Be responsible for the start of mass production for product changes post “ados” without industrial disruption.
* Be responsible for transferring the supply of new parts to CPL.
3. Schedule the allocation of resources at the industrial site.
* Ensure the completeness of pre-series resource specifications.
* Be responsible for feasibility analysis of pre-series resources with respect to deadlines requested by the RPM, in coordination with the warehouse and pilot workshop.
* Be responsible for issuing manufacturing orders in terms of quality and deadlines to the PMLP warehouse.
* Be responsible for facilitating the monitoring of production and shipment of pre-series resources.
4. Ensure supply of requirements up to customer delivery.
* Be responsible for tracking purchase requests and purchase contract releases.
* Be responsible for sending schedules to suppliers to ensure delivery of prototype and pre-series parts in line with requirements.
* Be responsible for taking into account additional needs in the schedules.
5. Manage subcontracting within their scope of activity.
* Ensure compliance with deliverables.
* Ensure application of processes.
6. Contribute to budget compliance.
* Handle DEUR reliability anomalies (consumption gaps) in coordination with industrial site teams.
* Contribute to the analysis of start-up expenses with the ONL GE/NOA.
* Ensure stock levels within their scope are consistent with objectives set by DPEA (Upstream Economic Steering Department).
