Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Assistant role, located in Rabat. The Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, handling correspondence, and coordinating activities. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the office.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
* Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and email communication tools
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Experience in administrative support or a related field is a plus
* Fluency in English and French (both verbal and written) is preferred
