About the Role

We are seeking a Property Leasing & Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Rabat. The main mission of this role is simple but crucial: rent units as quickly and efficiently as possible while ensuring an excellent tenant experience.

To achieve this, you will handle the full leasing cycle from listing to move-in:

* Unit Preparation
* Gather all details about available units (photos, descriptions, pricing, terms) and ensure listings are complete and appealing.
* Advertising & Lead Generation
* Publish listings across multiple advertising platforms and respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants.
* Prospect Communication
* Provide clear, professional answers to tenant questions regarding price, lease terms, availability, and property features.
* Visit Scheduling & Coordination
* Schedule property visits, confirm appointments, follow up consistently, and coordinate with on-site teams in Canada to ensure smooth execution.
* Follow-Up & Screening
* Engage with prospective tenants after visits to assess interest, conduct rigorous tenant screening, and guide approved tenants through the process.
* Lease Signing & Move-In Support
* Prepare paperwork, assist with lease signing (via digital platforms such as DocuSign), and ensure tenants receive keys and a warm welcome into their new home.

This is an English-speaking role, and full training will be provided.

What We’re Looking For

* Language Skills: Excellent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
* Customer Service Orientation: Strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism with prospective tenants.
* Organizational Ability: Ability to manage multiple listings, leads, and schedules with precision.
* Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in handling inquiries, scheduling challenges, or tenant concerns.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, CRMs, and property management platforms (training will be provided).
* Team Spirit: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and on-site partners in Canada.
