Could you be the full-time Project Planning Manager in Rabat we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project scheduling expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the on-time delivery of projects by developing, updating, and analyzing schedules. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including tender, project management, and engineering teams), synchronize schedules with stakeholders, and promote time management practices across the organization.

You’ll specifically take care of creating and maintaining project schedules, but also contribute to strategic decision-making by presenting time-related insights and risks.

We’ll look to you for:


* Developing and updating schedules for projects of varying criticality
* Collecting, analyzing, and presenting time-related project information
* Supporting the decision-making process to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance
* Synchronizing schedules with internal and external stakeholders
* Managing project scheduling documentation
* Applying and promoting the company's time management processes and culture
* Leveraging lessons learned from previous projects to improve future outcomes
* In tenders: Analyzing tender requirements, developing tender schedules, identifying risks, and contributing to execution strategies
* In execution: Validating baseline schedules, identifying critical paths, managing risks, and contributing to Earned Value Management

* Experience or understanding of project scheduling theory and methods
* Proficiency in at least one scheduling software tool

* Basic understanding of railway industry products and technologies
* Curiosity and a drive to learn
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; an effective team player
* Ability to challenge teams and proactively propose solutions
