JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY
On MEA Stellantis scope for all the future Products built in the region, ensure Customer protection by assessing the Project progression from Intention Milestones to Mass Production Transfer Review to met flawless developments and robust launches related to either new vehicle, Mid-life, Partneship and Cooperation or Platform or Module and SW or Propulsion system or new industrialisation projects. This mission is extended to the serial-life evolution within the Window process.
Role and Responsibilities
Within her/his scope of responsability and throughout Product development :
* Be engaged with the with all stakeholders during complete develop develop process to ensure the teams is making the best decisions for the Customer Satisfaction
* Bring under control the Performance, Economic and Quality convergence at launch according to the requested time-schedule by continuously assessing the Project development progression with the stakeholders in order to meet 3MIS launch target and identify any drift/gap that could deviate the result.
* Finalize the inputs from the PMA to complete the milestone assessment
* Convince the stakeholders of the consequences of the development drifts/gaps in order to built mitigation/recovery plans and advise to define the success conditions to mitigate/revover.
* Define the conditions to delegate CX authority to the Quality Plant Manager to declare the vehicle or Propulsion System as saleable after SOPM Give the commercialization agreement for the vehicle or Powertrain.
* Confirm the conditions are met to grant the Go for shipment of the new vehicle according to Quality status, 4 weeks after SOPM
* Contribute to improve the standards (PDP, PSDP, CX/VPxx, Metafunction standards) by bringing his lessons learned from the different projects/developments he is in charge.
* Review and recommend any product deviatation prior to final approval by MEA Quality of launch & devlopment
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree: Engineering degree – mechanical/industrial prefered
* Work Experience: Manufacturing, Project management, Supplier process’ and engineering design/release/validation.
* Language: English
* Preferred Skills & Abilities: Additional language (French, Spanish, Arabic)
* Personal Traits: Able to communicate frequently with people of all levels in the company, availability to travel and support different time zones.
* Specialized Knowledge & Certifications: Adept in white book procedures and regional requirements including, but not limited to regulatory and homologation.
