Description

For the segment to which it belongs, the Project Manager (PM) identifies opportunities and manages the transformation of these into an offer reflecting the customer's needs.

  • After submitting the offer, he leads the negotiations (always aligned with PEC's business objectives) until the deal is won.
  • He transfers the offer and the contract data to the project manager. Risks and planning are under control.
  • The PM constructs the project execution offer and manages its organization. It defines the objectives assigned to each member of the team offers.
  • It strictly refers to the principles of the Quality System while remaining "agile", it defines the appropriate plan and obtains the required approvals.
  • The PM is responsible for organizing bid reviews and passing the tender stage, demonstrating that the risks are under control, that the technical proposal is aligned with the client's needs, that the Margin guidelines and contractual terms are observed.

 Prescribe:

  • Formalize the information transmitted by the client.
  • Analyze the penetration rate
  • Identify key people at the customer or prescriber level.
  • Carry out a market study (technology, price,…).
  • Identify, target, manage new projects for the client. influence the customer's choices, EPC ...
  • Value of our offer: our competitive advantage
  • Propose service offers according to the project
  • Make sure that the client will validate the solutions = S =. Present the advantages of the solutions = S =
  • Share information with the customer and get their commitment to initiate the next step.
  • Lobbying actions with the Jobs association

Expected deliverables (to be implemented):

  • Client file (Client description: organization, decision chain, strategy, value creation, decision criteria ...).
  • Key account management plan (Schneider strategy regarding CSC and the associated action plan).
  • Evaluation of the market price and the competitive offer.

Engineer in electrical engineering and automation

More than 5 years of experience
