Summary:
Oversee the implementation of a payroll system in a designated country, focusing on regulatory compliance and smooth integration with current systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan while ensuring compliance with budget and deadlines.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure payroll practices meet local labor laws and mitigate associated risks.
* System Integration: Manage integration of the payroll system with HR and Finance tools, collaborating with the IT team.
* Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Establish KPIs for assessing the effectiveness of the deployment, continuously improve efficiency.
* Employee Support: Handle payroll inquiries and communicate updates effectively to employees.
* Documentation & Reporting: Keep thorough project records and present progress updates to management.
* Training & Support: Train payroll and HR teams on new systems and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management, specifically in payroll implementations.
* Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in system integration between HR and Finance tools.
* Ability to define and monitor KPIs for project performance.
