Your Role as a Project B

• uyer 🧑Attend project meetings and lead/support all purchasing activities from NPA to SOP and proje

• ct closure.Support Project Manager in building the Sourcing Plan and confirming PTM commitmen

• ts in PUMa.Select supplier bid-lists, identify bundling opportunities, and manage Critical Parts

• with PTMs.Coordinate S-VRF, supplier design reviews, requirement alignment, and improvement

• proposals.Use and promote PuMa for sourcing steps, documentation, and milesto

• ne updates.Align sourcing strategy with Segment Leaders and assess supplier risks with mitiga

• tion plans.Define lotting/RFP tactics, run RFQs and auctions (live/online), and ensure stakeholde

• r sign-off.Forecast purchasing index, lead productivity action plans, and ensure transfer to serial

• production.Create early open orders in SAP and manage supplier communication flows and doc

• umentation.Oversee supplier milestones, PQA progress, and coordination across plants for global pla

tforms.
