We pursue our mission to empower entrepreneurship across three core areas:

* Early-Stage Development: We empower new and existing businesses and organizations through mentoring, financial support, and training for nine to twelve months.
* Crisis Relief and Resilience: In a crisis, we provide quick, direct financial support, resilience training, and mentoring over three to six months for MSMEs and non-profit organizations to sustain their operations.
* Growth and Internationalization: We facilitate market access opportunities, strategic partnerships, and growth-oriented mentoring and training for businesses and non-profit organizations and their multipliers to expand their global impact.

About The Project

This project aims to strengthen the business capacities of ten Moroccan SMEs. It entails a bootcamp in Morocco, individual mentor visits, ongoing mentoring, training and workshops and a road show to Germany.

Role Overview

As Project Associate (freelance) with a focus on events and administration, you will plan and execute the logistics of training bootcamps, workshops, and community events; coordinate venues, vendors, travel, and accommodations. You will be responsible for ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders, delivering on project objectives, and maintaining the highest standards of accountability and impact. The position is based in Morocco, with occasional travel to national project sites.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute training, mentor visits and a bootcamp: coordinate with trainers/consultants, prepare materials/toolkits, and ensure sessions align with pre-defined learning outcomes.
* Execute logistics flawlessly: Secure venues, permits, and on-site execution.
* Support in the outreach and recruitment of small and medium-sized enterprises, ensuring inclusive participation from underserved areas and vulnerable groups.
* Support in the engagement, selection, and continuous support of participating businesses to ensure their needs are addressed effectively.
* Due diligence & risk management: Provide support in pre-events, ensuring due diligence is awarded in accordance with recognized policies — including vetting vendors, trainers/consultants, and venues.
* Participate in ongoing dialogue and coordination with donors, partners, and local actors to align efforts and maximize synergies.
* Represent enpact and the project in relevant meetings, events, and networking opportunities to amplify visibility and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications

* At least 1–3 years of professional experience in project and events management.
* Service-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude
* Strong understanding of donor-funded project management, reporting, and compliance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluency in English, French and Arabic
