Responsibilities

Location : meknes ES Plant

* Ensure the adequacy of human resources
* Production Management (Make a good follow-up of safety, quality, and production). elaborate an action plan if any deviation
* Ensure the validity of the means of production
* Organize the work and manage team leaders and operators.
* Communicate the results obtained at the level of safety, quality, and production).
* Follow up on production, quality, and rejection
* Reinforce the safety rules regarding the use of machines.
* Analysis and Improvement of productivity.
* Application of systems and methods defined.
* Develop CI Culture, encourage Innovation & kaizen share with Lear sister plant via BP
* Delivery: Serial production 100%, Service part 100% and meet the prototype MRD in all phases

Education Requirements

* Bac+2 or a technical field

Experience Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
* Experience with production, Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practices
* Ability to prioritize work

Languages

* Good Communication skills
* Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
