As a Product Owner, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

* Work collaboratively with multiple security teams —across development, testing and operations;
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders, analysts, other product managers and other security teams across the business;
* Be responsible for defining the product backlog and its maintenance;
* Manage the priorities and objectives in order to maximize the business value delivered;
* Responsible to receive and prioritize the requests from the PM and stakeholders and document the requirements in the backlog.
* Ensure the clarity, transparency and visibility of the product backlog to all team members and stakeholders;
* Ensure the solution is aligned with security needs / requirements;
* Actively participate in the agile ceremonies necessary for the completion of projects;
* Drive collaboration with cross functional team resources in delivering work in an agile way that builds trust, ownership and accountability;
* Proactively work with the team to identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner;

Profile main requirements (must have qualifications) :

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
* 3+ years
* Experience with various Agile frameworks;
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana);
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
* Experience leading scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective); coaching team members on Agile practices
* Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks;
* Relevant Certifications: Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), POPM SAFE, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
