#Skillcheck:

* Engineering degree in one of the following areas: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
* Fresh graduate/ 1 year of post-graduation design experience modeling and detailing parts and assemblies, preferably with precise injection molded plastic parts.
* FEM simulation basics
* Experience with 3D CAD modeling and 2D drawings using tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks
* Experience with automotive connector standards: LV214, USCAR-21, GMW3191 …
* Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
* Perfect command of spoken and written English.

#Challengecheck:

* Create, check, and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
* Maintain CAD files, project documentation, and BOM in SAP.
* Ensure that the product meets the targets set at the beginning of the project and manage changes requested by internal or external stakeholders.
* Ensure that all technical requirements (customers and internal) are understood and implemented.
* Support and interface with internal and external customers.
* Conduct and prepare feasibility studies & design reviews.
* Define significant characteristics for the components.
* Create PV test plan and review results with customer.
* Contribute to the DFMEA and identify and mitigate design risks.
* Write product specifications, handling manuals, and other documentation for assigned projects.
