Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Consultant located in Casablanca with some work from home opportunities. The IT Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, developing IT strategies, consulting on technical matters, solving technical issues, and assisting clients with information technology needs. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client requirements, developing suitable solutions, providing training to users, and supporting the implementation of new systems.

Qualifications

* Skills in IT Consulting, Consulting, and Information Technology
* Strong Analytical Skills
* Experience in Technical Support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Capability to work both independently and in a team
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
* Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are a plus
* Proficient in both English and French
