Post Production Coordinator

As Blueclip, we started our journey to bring the most creative minds and the know-how together to deliver great works. Our current search is for a Post Production Manager to work on football content.

What you will be responsible for:

End-to-end Post-Production

• Tracking productivity and delivery monitoring Retention, Completion Rate, Volume, Quality,

• Reporting productivity issues to the Performance Manager in case of issues,

• Assigning videos to a pool of editors dedicated to the portfolio,

• Overseeing the edit checks; publishing the videos at the right time to deliver the expected results,

• Tracking closely production workflow to ensure videos are produced on time to meet their publication schedules.

Retention

• Aligning the retention target per creator with the Performance Manager,

• Analyzing all AB retention curves and scores and identifying opportunities for improvement,

• Reviewing AB Tests & Select the best one,

• Pushing re-edits with very high-level expectations; with an always “the best we can do” mindset.

Continuous improvement and test & learn

• Brainstorming with the Performance Manager to design the content that would make our creators go bigger, assisting in writing taglines, or coordinating the QC of Taglines by the Tagline Expert,

• Testing ideas and their impacts on retention (new motion, different transition, new AB version, etc.)

Animation of the external Community

• Animating the pool of editors and checkers linked to his/her portfolio of creators,

• Responding to the editor and checker questions, especially on specific queries on videos, and also on the task staffing,

• Collaborating with BS, CC, and CM dedicated to the portfolio.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• At least C1 level English,

• Advanced level of French

• Excellent oral and written communication skills,

• Bachelor's degree in related areas (Animation, Film, Business Studies),

• Extensive understanding of the main social media platforms,

• Having excellent organization skills,

• Ability to take initiative,

• Good at time management and working under tight deadlines,

• Ability to adjust to various necessities and prioritize multiple tasks successively,

• Ability to work as part of a team,

• Eager to have fun while implementing intuitive ideas into the product!
