About the Job

We are seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to drive strategic execution and operational excellence across the MEA region. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment between business strategy and execution overseeing high-impact initiatives, optimizing project portfolios, and improving governance, efficiency, and visibility across all functions. The PMO acts as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing actionable insights, anticipating risks, and enabling informed decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate business projects, ensuring effective collaboration across functions, synthesizing projects, providing actionable insights, and maintaining full oversight of all projects and results.
* Identify and manage strategic and operational risks, providing insights and mitigation plans to the leadership team.
* Initiate and oversee strategic projects related to micromobility, driving innovation and operational efficiency in automotive sector.
* Provide executive dashboards and performance reporting
* Facilitate executive committees and roadmap sessions, ensuring cross-functional alignment and decision-making clarity.
* Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence, standardizing processes and enhancing delivery capability.
* Strengthening collaboration between regional operations and global strategy.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in PMO or Project Management roles, preferably within a multinational organization.
* Startup mindset and innovative, out of box thinking
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong analytical, strategic planning, and time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize effectively in complex environments.
* Highly detail-oriented, solution-focused, and results-driven professional with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
