We are hiring for one of our subsidiaries in Morocco, “ATMA,” for the position of Planning Officer.

Responsibilities

* Ensure overseas materials in house with standard lead time
* Monitoring Sample development and follow up with buyers
* Communicate with overseas to ensure all technical pkg and sample materials before deadline
* Co-ordinate with factories technical team to fill customer requirements
* Production follows up and ensures 100% shipment on time
* Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on a regular basis
* Fit comments collect and record keeping and transfer to technical & QA team on time to ensure smooth completion of work.
* Weekly and monthly record keeping and update stock materials and report overseas & local along with all direct and indirect materials.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline
* experience in garment manufacturing industry, internships included
* Handle production / materials / inventory planning, controlling and scheduling
* With sense of teamwork and good influencer to motivate others
* Proactive, passionate to grow business, sales oriented and customer-focused
