INFLUEALTH is a modern influencer marketing company based in Florida focused on connecting content creators/influencers with brands.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Partnerships Lead. The Partnerships Lead will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships, managing relationships with existing partners, and exploring new partnership opportunities following INFLUEALTH's internal procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

* Fluency in English is a must
* Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders both via eMail and over video calls
* Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and partnership opportunities
* No diploma required
* Proven ability to work independently and remotely
* Trust, honesty, and transparency are a must.

Compensation / Salary

Contractor shall receive a base monthly compensation of USD 200 for the first two (2) months from the effective Date. The base compensation is subject to performance-based increases of USD 200 every two (2) months, up to a maximum of USD 1 000 per month, as follows:

Performance (Deals Closed per Month) Base Salary (USD)

2 Deals / Month $200

4 Deals / Month $400

6 Deals / Month $600

8 Deals / Month $800

10 Deals / Month $1.000

A “deal” is defined as any collaboration including one brand and at least one

influencer

Variable Compensation (Commissions)

For each deal closed independently, Contractor shall receive 10 % of the net

profit earned by the Company from that deal.
