We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and others. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, creative testing abilities, and a proven track record of running high-performance paid campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
* Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies (awareness to conversion) aligned with business goals.
* Conduct A/B tests for creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
* Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
* Monitor budget pacing and ensure campaigns are within allocated spend.
* Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
* Stay current with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising opportunities.
* Ensure pixel and conversion tracking is properly set up using tools like GTM, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 2–4 years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms
* Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools
* Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, UTM tracking
* Understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, CTR, and other key paid media metrics
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills for ad variations
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously


Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

* Experience with performance campaigns in the automotive, travel, or marketplace industries
* Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar
* Familiarity with landing page builders or CRO tools (Unbounce, Hotjar, etc.)
