Outbound Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented B2C Outbound Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates with proven sales experience, exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English, and a passion for building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products.
* Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences and budgets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by utilizing persuasive communication and effective sales techniques.
* Handle objections and provide clear explanations to close sales effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to maximize sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience in B2C, B2B, or outbound sales is required.
* Fluency in both Spanish and English with professional-level verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
* Experience with CRM software or other sales tools is preferred.
* A proactive attitude and customer-focused approach.
* Availability to work during business hours in the European Central Time Zone (CET). Weekend if required.
