Outbound Claim Manager - MEA Region

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Methode - Metrix Manager in VEHICLE LOGISTICS

Outbound MEA Operations to maximize customer satisfaction thanks to:

* Lead-time and dispersion reduction
* Number of damage and repair time reduction
* Operational cost reduction
* Improvement of data management and data accuracy
* Quality KPIs follow up

Role and Responsibilities

* Manage and report quality process: With the information of damaged vehicles, prepare and follow needed documents, inform all parties including insurance, insure cost of repair is recovered from the responsible party. Define needed actions for damaged vehicles (scrap, repair…). Find the optimal repair location and inform control tower to move vehicle, insure optimal repair leadtime and cost. Once repair done inform control tower to get back vehicle in flow.
* Manage OBT quality KPI (claims and blocked units in plant or in compounds) and implementation of all actions aiming at improving the customer satisfaction
* Monitor and animate Quality Action plan with Logistic Providers and NSCs
* Follow major events (hail, flood, storms...) with related regions quality team.
* Follow and update processes and quality procedures, in particular for Storage standards, Maintenance of vehicles, Vehicles handling methods, and verification of their correct application.

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

* Education: University degree in Business, Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Engineering
* Work Experience: Previous work experience is required (min 3-5 years in Claim Management), preferably in the automotive sector, with experience at Stellantis being a plus.

Language Requirements:

* Fluent in French and English.
* Additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, and German are desirable but not required.
