We are seeking a unique, thoughtful, and highly intuitive educator to work with our toddler in a home-based learning environment with minimum 2 years of experience.

This is not a traditional teaching role. We are looking for someone who goes beyond standard systems and genuinely understands how to nurture independent thinking from an early age.

•⁠  ⁠Able to adapt learning based on the child’s interests and personality 

•⁠  ⁠Patient, observant, and emotionally intelligent 

•⁠  ⁠Comfortable teaching without rigid reliance on traditional curricula 

•⁠  ⁠Continuously learning and evolving in their own knowledge 

Approach to learning:

•⁠  ⁠Child-led and curiosity-driven 

•⁠  ⁠Focus on thinking, exploring, and understanding rather than memorization 

•⁠  ⁠Encourages expression, independence, and confidence 

•⁠  ⁠Uses play, conversation, and real-life experiences as learning tools 

Requirements:

•⁠  ⁠Experience working with toddlers (very important) 

•⁠  ⁠Strong communication and listening skills 

•⁠  ⁠Gentle, respectful, and engaging personality 

•⁠  ⁠Ability to build trust and a natural connection with the child

We are not looking for titles or certificates as much as we are looking for the right mindset and approach. The ideal candidate is someone who truly sees the child as an individual and supports their natural way of learning.
