Pay10 Morocco
As part of its global expansion, Pay10 has established a new regional office in Morocco, which is preparing to launch its payment activities in full compliance with Bank Al-Maghrib’s regulations. Pay10 Morocco will introduce innovative and seamless payment solutions for consumers, agents, and merchants, combining the group’s international expertise with Morocco’s dynamic and expanding financial ecosystem.
Position Overview:
We are hiring an Operations Manager for our Morocco office to oversee day-to-day operational processes under the supervision of the Head of Operations. This role is central to building Pay10 Morocco’s operational backbone, ensuring smooth execution of transaction workflows, reconciliation, settlement, and onboarding, while maintaining strict compliance with Bank Al-Maghrib regulations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position that will directly contribute to Pay10’s successful launch and growth in Morocco.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily transaction flows, settlement, reconciliation, and fund movement.
* Support merchant, agent, and customer onboarding processes in line with regulatory requirements.
* Monitor and optimize operational KPIs to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards
* Lead system readiness including process signoffs for UAT and go-lives.
* Ensure compliance with Bank Al-Maghrib regulations and internal control procedures.
* Prepare reports and documentation for audits, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
* Identify and escalate operational risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Contribute to operational readiness for new product and service launches.
* Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Tech teams to improve efficiency and accuracy and deliver seamless operational launches for new products and services.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 7–12 years of operational leadership experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
* Solid understanding of settlement, reconciliation, and onboarding management.
* Experience with merchant/agent onboarding processes and regulatory compliance.
* Familiarity with Bank Al-Maghrib requirements (AML/CTF, escrow, reporting).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with proven problem-solving ability.
* Exposure to PCI-DSS and data protection standards is an advantage
