For our newly established logistics company, formed through the strategic partnership of a logistics group with over 50 years of industry experience and a strong position among Türkiye’s leading logistics providers, and a well-established logistics organization with solid operational expertise in Morocco, we aim to deliver integrated global logistics solutions across sea, air, and land transportation, as well as warehousing and delivery services.

We are currently seeking a Operations Director to join our team.

Role Summary

Leads and oversees all operational activities, ensuring operational excellence, accurate pricing, strong profitability, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operational processes

• Lead pricing activities in close coordination with the CEO

• Ensure competitive and accurate pricing through strong carrier relationships

• Monitor profitability at both shipment and customer levels

• Lead, manage, and develop the operations team

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

• Independently resolve the majority of operational issues

• Escalate critical issues when required

• Coordinate financial processes with the accounting team

• Manage DAP/DDP operations in collaboration with local partners

• Maintain and develop carrier relationships, acting as the key contact after the CEO

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in freight forwarding

• Strong expertise in operations and pricing

• Proven leadership and crisis management skills

• Solid financial acumen

• Fluency in French, Arabic, and English
