The Online Senior Manager is Accountable to achieve the assigned Digital/online wholes sales and growth objectives, to create and implement go-to-market digital strategies, to maintain and expand customer base, to offer an online boost to the Commercial Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:


* Define the best UX/UI experience for the online channel, including the CRM process, and the retail costumer experience
* Develop and implement the promotional activities across the channels
* Manage Web Content & Visual, CRM/CVM, and Contact Centre Functions;
* Plan and oversee the development of new online sales initiatives;
* Ensure the acquiring and engaging of new customers by empowering the omnichannel customer experience and satisfy customer needs;
* Manage existing customer base and its development;
* Define and implement loyalty / engagement strategy and the bonus and promotion guidelines, allocation, and control;
* Monitor and manage players performances and behaviours;
* Define sales channel mix and sales budget and targets;
* Responsible for online KPIs and SLA target;
* Realize benchmarking analysis and monitor competitors’ strategies and technologies;
* Assure compliance with responsible gaming guidelines, gaming regulations and the contract requisites;
* Participate in training plan definition;
* Support the development of the organizational structure

Minimum Education: Master Degree in Marketing/sales/digital or equivalent

Minimum Experience: 8 to 10 years

Required Licenses/Certifications: Digital certification is preferred
