At SASMOS HET Technologies, we are expanding our global manufacturing footprint and strengthening our industrialization capabilities. We are looking for an experienced NPI Manager to lead the transfer and industrialization of products from our UK operations to our Morocco facility.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth product launches, manufacturing readiness, and scalable production processes while driving strong collaboration across global cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

New Product Introduction & Industrialization

* Lead end-to-end transfer and industrialization of products and processes from the UK to Morocco.
* Drive seamless transition from prototype and pilot builds to serial production.
* Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.
* Establish manufacturing documentation, SOPs, process flows, and work instructions.
* Support manufacturing readiness and process stabilization during ramp-up.

Project & Stakeholder Management

* Develop and manage NPI project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
* Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams across locations.
* Facilitate effective collaboration between UK and Morocco stakeholders.
* Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation plans.
* Provide regular project updates and governance reviews to leadership teams.

Process Readiness & Quality

* Drive process validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ.
* Support implementation of PFMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, and FAIR activities.
* Ensure tooling, equipment, and production readiness for launches.
* Lead problem-solving initiatives during initial production phases and ramp-up stabilization.

Candidate Profile

Experience

* 8–15 years of experience in NPI, Industrialization, Manufacturing Engineering, or Program Management.
* Experience in transferring products across geographies, preferably Europe to Africa or Asia.
* Background in Aerospace, Defense, EWIS, Electronics, or complex manufacturing environments preferred.

Skills

* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
* Good understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Strong communication and coordination skills in multicultural environments.
* Ability to drive execution in fast-paced manufacturing operations.

Education

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
