Our company is a newly established logistics organization, founded through the strategic partnership of a logistics group with over 50 years of industry experience and a strong position among Türkiye’s leading logistics providers, and a well-established logistics structure with solid operational expertise in Morocco.
We aim to deliver integrated global logistics solutions across sea, air, and land transportation, as well as warehousing and delivery services.
Role Summary
This role acts as an extension of the CEO, supporting business development activities, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, management, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the CEO on business development initiatives
• Organize, secure, and manage meetings with clients, agents, and global network partners
• Plan and coordinate one-to-one meetings during international events and conferences
• Manage CRM systems and track the customer pipeline
• Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals and presentations
• Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams
• Support the onboarding process of new customers
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage client meetings and sales pipelines
• High level of mobility and willingness to travel internationally
• Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills
• Fluency in French, Arabic, and English (mandatory)
• Turkish is considered an asset
