We’re Hiring: Music Executive/A&R

Company: Based in Singapore

We’re expanding our Music Executive/A&R network and looking to recruit 2 talented Music Business Executive/A&R professional in each of the following countries: Cameroon, Ivory Coast and Morocco

Salary: $1500 -$2000

Role Overview

This role centers on artist outreach and catalog acquisition, working directly with artists, managers, and rights holders across Africa. You’ll identify catalog opportunities and help strengthen our footprint in these regions.

What We’re Looking For

• BA/BSc required from a reputable university.

• More than 5 years of appropriate music investment work experience, gained from work at an investment firm or a large institutional investor.

•Strong understanding of the music industry, famous record labels and catalog value

•Experience and knowledge in Music Licensing and Music Publishing

•Excellent communication skills fluent English is a must, negotiation, and organizational skills

•Self-motivated, organized, and confident engaging with artists
