We're looking for Cultural Content Reviewers from all backgrounds and regions to help ensure that AI-generated content resonates authentically with people around the world. You don't need a degree in cultural studies — you need to know your culture inside and out. Your lived experience is your expertise.

* Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

* Review AI-generated content — text, images, and recommendations — for cultural accuracy, sensitivity, and relevance
* Flag material that is culturally inappropriate, outdated, stereotyping, or potentially offensive to your region or community
* Provide regional context and suggest culturally authentic alternatives
* Evaluate whether translations and localizations feel genuinely natural to a local audience
* Deliver structured, clear feedback that helps AI systems improve
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

* Deep, firsthand familiarity with the customs, norms, humor, taboos, and values of your culture or region
* Able to spot cultural missteps that an outsider would easily miss
* Strong written communication skills — you can articulate why something feels off, not just that it does
* Thoughtful, open-minded, and consistent in your evaluations
* No formal academic background in cultural studies required — authenticity matters more than credentials

Nice to Have

* Experience in localization, translation, journalism, or content moderation
* Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
* Knowledge of regional sub-cultures, dialects, or generational differences within your community
